Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did on Meghan and JJ's wedding and rehearsal dinner last August. At both events, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and your staff was warm and professional. I consider myself a "bit of a foodie" and "a bit of a cook" and I was thrilled with everything! We have gorgeous pictures of the cheese table if you need any. My mother's best friend is still raving about the rice. Would you share the recipe?
Having said all that, I think the best compliment of all is that now our son Ryan is thinking of a Tahoe wedding this summer and the first thing I want to know is what Saturdays you would be available?

Better late than never... thank you very much for your flawless "performance" at our wedding last June at the Ehrman Mansion. All the guests ranted about the food, and I also raved about your staff's service. Everything was very professional and the MMC staff pitched in, above expectations, in times of need. Friends have said they hope to get a caterer as good as MMC at their wedding this summer (their event is not in the Tahoe region unfortunately).
