Peter –

The food was fabulous. I wanted to drop a small note to let you know how awesome the food was on Saturday and Sunday. Everyone raved about how delicious and fresh your food was. We as a group have gone through a few caterers and I always get at least one or two complaints? But not this time – YOU WERE FANTASTIC. Any thoughts of traveling to Southern California and maybe catering an event for us down here??

I have had a few people ask if I could get the recipe for the dressing on Saturday night. If I had my choice, I’d take the recipe for all your entrées but most of all the risotto and the ricotta and mushroom.

Thanks again. I am sure that we will be back in Tahoe for another retreat.
