Rustic heirloom tomato bruschetta. Grilled sourdough baguette slices rubbed with garlic, sea salt, truffle oil and basil.

Rosemary grilled Farmers market eggplant rolls with kalamata olive tapenade and sheep’s milk feta.

Grilled Angus beef tenderloin filets with organic herb salsa verde on crisp sourdough croutes.

Ginger orange pork tenderloin skewers. Marinated and grilled pork medallions with fresh mango chutney dipping sauce.

Appetizer Station

Whole wheels and wedges of International cheeses

Raspberry marmalade baked brie en croute, mission figs, chardonnay grape clusters, maple glazed pecans and whole roasted garlic bulbs. Accompanied with fresh baked baguettes.

“Napa Style” red wine and rosemary marinated flank steak skewers

Presented with honey, lime and chipotle dipping sauce.

Open faced shrimp and avocado tortillas

Small round corn tortillas grilled and topped with charred tomatillos, Cabot jack cheese, avocado and grilled gulf prawns.

Spicy Thai lemongrass chicken sate

Breast of chicken strips dry rubbed and skewered with a ginger peanut dipping sauce.

Slivered vegetable and California sushi rolls

Assorted sushi including lump crab California rolls and Vegetable rolls, avocado, carrot threads, spicy sprouts and sweet miso sauce. Hand rolled on site!
