bedrooms consists of a private room, a sleeping porch, and a bathroom (four
with showers and two with tubs). Each bedroom sleeps four, with beds ranging
in size from king in the master bedroom to queen and twin in the other
rooms.
Visitors to Fairwinds can huddle around the fireplace after skiing in the
winter or bask in the summer sun on spacious decks and a private sandy
beach.

Fairwinds is perfect for large groups (10-30 people) for daily, weekend,
weekly, and monthly rentals. Rental rates vary according to the season and to
the size of the group, rates are more competitive than hotel rates which do
not include use of kitchen facilities and other amenities.
