Much praise to you for the fabulous variety
and quality of your food, appetizers and buffet. You catered our daughter's
wedding on aug. 2 at meeks bay and I cannot begin to tell you how many
compliments we have had on the meal that day. People especially enjoyed the
plentiful and prompt appetizers and the freshness of the food. I personally
think it was the best food ever at a wedding...thank you thank you thank you!

wanted to extend from my family a huge thank you for a wonderful party for
my dad's 70th birthday. It was a huge success in large part for your
terrific food and preparations. The menu we had selected was wonderful but
the freshness and flavor of the oysters and clams was tremendous. And the
layout & display of the buffet looked great. The planning went so smoothly
and working with both of you was easy and fun. I have already highly
recommended you to people for future events.

From the first nervous phone calls one year ago to our precious, unforgettable
wedding, you were gracious, kind and professional. We felt incredibly
fortunate to have each of you on our side....
your insights and patience were perfect. I know my mother and Judy
are at times formidable but you smoothed over all glitches, keeping Joe and I
in mind.
Peter, I have not stopped
receiving compliments on the food. We adored everything from the Ahi to the
Ono to the Chicken. Now, can we hire you as our personal chef? : ) And
finally, Heather, you are nothing short of a lifesaver. Your ability to put
out small fires (literally) on short notice allowed Joe and I to step back and
enjoy the best day of our lives.

Meant to get a note off to you
sooner but just too much running around.
I wanted to thank you for an
excellent evening for our golf group on June
24th. The presentation and service were excellent and the food was
plentiful and scrumptious! We all left with full stomachs but ready to tear
the course up the next day. I received quite a few compliments on the
service and the food.
Looking forward to next year but
not the same time...will most likely hold
in first half of Sept.
