ideas for a cuisine that showcases California's extraordinary produce,
meats, game and fish. Pulling from global resources they capture the exotic
while maintaining a simplicity that never overpowers the quality of the
food. Our joy is to develop a menu that is unique for each client, taking
into account their particular requirements and sculpting those ideas into
reality while paying attention to the seasons and nature.

We create platters of a myriad of appetizers that tantalize the eye and explode on the
palate. Chef Bowers smokes his own Salmon and Trout from a secret family recipe that is
several generations old. Sushi can be a fun, elegant hors d'oeuvres without being too
exotic in taste. |

California Cuisine
We take pride in buying most of our produce at the Farmer's Markets and organically grown
whenever possible. California Cuisine is fresh, lightly seasoned and alive with flavor. It
bathes in the glow of the Pacific Rim.
Mediterranean Notes
The aqua colored water with steep cliffs dropping 600 feet to the sea is the backdrop for
all sorts of vegetables grown clinging to the slopes. Welcome to the Italian Riviera!
Executive Chef Peter Bowers loves the ripeness of marinated red and yellow peppers, the opacity of the olive
oils and insistence of the garlic.
