We are a full service off premise event planning and catering
business. We specialize and focus fully on your event.
Mountain Magic specializes in healthy, elegant, and exquisitely
presented foods. Executive Chef/Owner Peter Bowers and his catering
team aim to reconstruct and then surpass our client's highest
expectations. Our staff is uniformed, professional, cheerful and hard
working.
Peter, born in Aspen and raised in the “Colorado high
country,” developed two early passions passed on from his stoic
grandmother. These passions became reality when in 1995, Peter lit the fire
of Mountain Magic and in 1996 was crowned US Extreme Freeskiing Champion.
Peter is ever expanding his inventive catering and culinary skills since
being tapped with the “Magic spell” Living in California his
cuisine is inspired by the native produce, ethnically diverse tastes and a
healthy outdoors lifestyle.
Team Magic
“Like attracts like.” Without realizing it the wizard's
catering team magically comes together as a group of individuals who are
similar, yet unique. We are all healthy, free of drugs and athletic people,
who put forth 100% or more of our efforts to maintain a fast paced working
atmosphere, present a beautiful set – and produce delicious healthy
food. In other words we do our very best individually and collectively as a
group in order to create positive relationships among our clients and
ourselves. What we emit tends to be contagious! We take pride in being
members of Mountain Magic Catering’s team.
